UL 2034 rated to protect against Carbon Monoxide. The Costar 9SIR is a white, round, and 9V powered (Battery Included) Carbon Monoxide Monitor. Under normal use, the battery powers the unit for at least one year. The Costar 9SIR attaches to a mounting plate. This carbon monoxide monitor cannot be mounted to the wall or ceiling if the battery is not installed. The sensor is solid-state infrared with a reservoir.
